What inspired you to become a spelling bee connoisseur?

I think it’s just the way I learned to read. When I was learning new words, I sounded them out. I think it’s just how I learned phonics.

Spell “connoisseur”

C-o-n-n-i-e-u-s… uh…

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I’d probably lose the ticket.

What’s your favorite DA

memory?

My friend Irvin was really sick one time. I just heard gag noises coming from the toilet. We called security and security came and we knocked on the door. Irvin went, “Wait wait wait, I have to clean up my wall first.” And then he went to the Health Center.

What’s your spirit animal?

I’m really feeling squirrel right now.

What’s the last thing you

googled?

What is a spirit animal?

What are you grateful for?

I’m really grateful that I live in Bewkes; it’s a really great group of guys, a really unlikely group of guys, and I would not have been friends with any of them before this year.

Would you rather fight one elephant-sized pigeon or 50 pigeon-sized elephants?

I think one elephant sized pigeon would collapse under its own weight and die. But 50 pigeon sized elephants, on the other hand… Well, elephants can’t jump higher than they are so you just stand on a chair and step on them. I think the big pigeon would be more interesting.
